Studio Press uses workspaces and projects to help you organise your work.

Workspaces

A workspace is a container for multiple projects. Freelancers might use a single workspace for all clients; studios may choose different workspaces for different brands or teams.

Projects

Each project represents a single website. It has its own theme selection, pages, content, and publishing configuration.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Your account controls access to workspaces and manages your subscription. A common workflow is: build under your own account and workspace, then transfer the finished project to the client so they take over ownership and billing.

Future enhancements may introduce richer team roles and organisation-level controls, but the basic model is deliberately simple and easy to understand.
